02Website information and service agreements
Descriptions explain services we can discuss with prospective customers. They are not an offer with fixed scope, price, delivery time or guaranteed results. Sending an inquiry, subscribing to updates or requesting a meeting does not create a purchase, confirmed appointment, partnership, employment relationship or agency.
Before work begins, the parties must agree the applicable scope, fees, acceptance criteria, ownership, confidentiality, data processing, support and liability terms in a separate written agreement. Provide accurate information and only material you may lawfully share. Do not send secrets, sensitive personal data or third-party customer records through the public form. Discuss confidential information after suitable confidentiality terms and a secure transfer method have been agreed.
A form success message means our delivery provider accepted the message for sending. It does not guarantee delivery to an inbox, a response time, acceptance of a project or a confirmed booking. If a message fails, retry later or use the published contact address. We may decline inquiries that are outside our capabilities or involve unlawful activity.

UXN AI and its licensors retain rights in the website’s original text, designs, software and branding, subject to applicable third-party and open-source licenses. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. A reference to a technology does not imply a partnership, certification or endorsement. Ownership and licensing of custom deliverables, customer data and project materials are determined by the separate service agreement.

09Responsibility and liability

Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights or amend a signed service agreement without the agreement required for that change. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue so far as legally possible. Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later. These website terms do not confer rights on unrelated third parties.
